Bezro ships within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Shipping generally takes another 4–6 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Bezro offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags, accessories, and proof of purchase, subject to our Return Policy.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, use the prepaid return label included in the package. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and no restocking fee is charged.
